Senior Vice President, Investments

Financial Advisor

Mark Loft is an experienced financial advisor serving clients in Memphis, the Mid-South, Northeast Ohio, and several other states nationwide. He has been helping investors realize their long-term financial goals for more than 35 years. Mark began his career in financial services and portfolio management in 1987 at Dean Witter Reynolds and later worked at other national brokerage firms before joining B. Riley Wealth Management in 2014. He earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers College in Memphis in 1981 and worked for several years as an engineer in the U.S. and Germany prior to becoming a financial advisor.

Mark believes in the long-term power of stocks to grow wealth and provide income. His emphasis is on keeping portfolios invested in the best-performing areas of the stock market, and when appropriate, stepping aside during prolonged market corrections. He works closely with his clients to find the right mix of investments over time with the goal of helping them reach their financial goals as smoothly as possible.

Mark is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (aka, The Grammy Association), Folk Alliance International, and the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce (OH). He's an avid photographer, shooting for area performing arts centers and charitable organizations, as well as a volunteer DJ at the St. Jude Marathon and other local charity events for the last 20 years. Mark enjoys cycling the Cleveland Metroparks network and is currently restoring a 1954 mid-century modern home in the woods of Pepper Pike.
